Great post Jeff. It bears repeating how varied the perspectives and education are at IDEA2009, and that it’s a conference important to professionals across the UX spectrum.

Social and experience design is vital to anyone creating digital properties. Knowing this information is only growing as physical and virtual worlds continue to merge.
