Listen to Part Two of my discussion on Ethics and the web with Keane’s Joe Lamantia

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Lamantia at the recent IA Summit in Miami, Florida. We got talking about the articles he had written on UXmatters and recently connected to discuss the first two of four articles related to ethics and user experience online.

You can find both articles on UXmatters below:

Designing Ethical Experiences: Social Media and the Conflicted Future

Designing Ethical Experiences: Some Practical Suggestions

Joe and I talk about issues around social media services such as tagged.com and the crowd vine application put in place prior to the I.A. Summit in Miami.

We also discuss several frameworks including “the ripple effect” and eight shapes’ author and presenter Dan Brown on his ideas about Design Documentation.

Joe also shares his opinion on how organizations can more effectively resolve conflict.

Part II of this Podcast series related to Joe’s articles will be posted as soon as the editorial process has been completed at UXmatters.
