The question behind Ascend
The work grows from a question that has followed me across strategy, product delivery and organizational change: how can leaders understand when reality is moving away from an intended direction while remaining responsible for what that movement means and what happens next?
Current status
Ascend is currently a working prototype. I am continuing to develop and test the product before sharing it more broadly.
