What Agreement Leaves Unexamined
Agreement can conceal different standards of evidence. Before treating consensus as progress, I want to understand how each judgment was formed.
ReadSome questions stay with me because experience keeps changing the answer.
My answers have changed. Some ideas have held. Others look different after more experience. A few I no longer believe.

Each local adjustment that moves an initiative off course is reasonable on its own. That is what makes drift a decision structure problem, not an execution problem.
Coherence is what lets a decision move through an organization without being quietly reinterpreted.
Building something changes the questions. Ascend is what I am building and testing now, and some of what I learn will find its way here.
I do not expect every idea here to resolve neatly.
